Qualifications

• Over 5 years of product design experience.
• Solid experience in UX/UI design focusing on complex systems and back-office tools.
• Mobile banking/fintech design experience preferred.
• Advanced/fluency in English for daily collaboration.
• Ability to influence product strategy and challenge norms.

Responsibilities

• Act as design protector within the team, safeguarding quality and standards.
• Design and refine complex internal systems, CRM interfaces, and backend platforms.
• Influence the product roadmap, challenge processes, and drive design improvements with Product Managers.
• Translate complex financial and backend logic into clear, scalable user interfaces.
