Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Product Designer to scale internal tooling and AI-assisted workflows. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex data primitives into intuitive, self-service experiences across the Roblox OSS platform.

You’ll shape agentic UX patterns, own executive dashboards, and raise the bar for craft and usability in enterprise tools used by multiple teams. Office presence in San Mateo is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience solving complex, systems-level problems in highly technical enterprise environments.
• Domain expertise in data analytics, enterprise ecosystems, internal productivity platforms, or developer tooling.
• AI/LLM design experience: defining interfaces for agentic workflows with trust, insight, and control.
• Expert command of modern design stacks: fluency in complex Figma environments and AI-augmented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Transform the Builder experience: lead end-to-end UX for core productivity and collaboration surfaces, removing friction from day-to-day workflows.
• Unify the ecosystem: transform how discrete internal tools come together into one cohesive platform.
• Pioneer agentic UX: define new interaction patterns for LLM-powered workflows and AI execution handoffs.
• Bridge design and engineering: collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to elevate experience quality.
• Set the craft bar: own high-visibility dashboards and leadership-facing experiences.
