Job summary

CubX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the design of complex internal and client-facing IT products and workflows. The role blends UX, interaction design, systems thinking, and visual UI design to deliver polished, scalable experiences.

You’ll lead discovery, define problem definitions, and drive implementation-ready designs from concept to completion, collaborating with product, engineering, and ops teams across a multi-product platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience building complex software (B2B/enterprise).
• Ability to take ambiguous business problems from discovery through shipped product.
• Strong systems-thinking with experience defining workflows, permissions, approvals, business rules, configurations, and states.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for complex internal tools and client-facing experiences.
• Turn manual processes into structured product workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to understand and shape software workflows.
• Define user flows, information architecture, roles and permissions, and system states.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate workflows.
• Design polished, production-ready interfaces in Figma.
• Establish reusable components and design standards across a multi-product platform.
