Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery. You’ll collaborate with Design, Engineering and Data to create features that customers love and deliver on business goals.

You will design end-to-end flows, conduct user testing, and ensure high quality visual design for iOS, Android and web platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house.
• Portfolio showing product design work.
• Impressive design across iOS, Android and web.
• Ability to articulate design decisions at a strategic level.
• Understanding of technical implications in design decisions.
• Ability to own the design process from concept to delivery.
• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour.
• Clean visual design sense with typography and grids.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists to define needs.
• Identify key metrics and own their success.
• Research and propose findings to reach company goals (e.g., new territories, features).
• Design products with simple, elegant solutions from wireframes to end-to-end flows.
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops.
• Present design actions during reviews and implement technical solutions.
• Review release performance and iterate based on learnings.

We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always keeping our customers and their interests in mind.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs
• Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
• Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
• Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire‑framing to designing end‑to‑end flows and prototypes
• Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
• Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews
• Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in designing world‑class commercial apps in‑house
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
• The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
• A solid understanding of technical implications in their design decisions
• The ability to take ownership of design processes
• A focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviour
• Clean visual design sense
• Skills in typography and grids
• A love for problem‑solving and to be challenged

Nice to have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related technical field
• Experience programming and the ability to code simple prototypes
• Experience designing and maintaining cross‑platform design systems
• Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment
