Job summary

Index Exchange is seeking a Partnership Manager to join the DSP Partnerships team in New York. You will own and grow a defined portfolio of DSP partnerships, handling onboarding, optimizations, and account planning while coordinating with product and operations to maximize performance.

You will analyze bid behavior, market structure, and performance trends to drive opportunities and align partners with Index supply.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem and ability to address questions, issues, and requests.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Looker, Trello, Confluence, and Salesforce for effective performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and polish.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined portfolio of DSP partnerships, managing each account through onboarding, optimizations, and planning.
• Understand how each DSP scores and bids on Index inventory and drive resolution with Technical Ops.
• Analyze performance trends and identify new opportunities to drive growth across your book of business.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to produce decisions and roadmap intelligence.
