Job summary

Nexxen seeks a commercially driven Director of Programmatic Partnerships to join our Exchange team in a hybrid role based in NY or Chicago. You will hunt and close new opportunities, expanding Nexxen’s footprint across major DSPs like Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, and Viant, while growing partnerships with resellers and demand aggregators.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in programmatic advertising with experience driving revenue at DSPs, SSPs or related platforms.
• Strong commercial instincts and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to spot growth opportunities and convert them into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new opportunities by identifying underutilized seats, emerging DSPs, and new commercial relationships.
• Structure and negotiate deals that unlock incremental spend, including incentives and PMPs.
• Develop growth strategies for each DSP partner and expand Nexxen’s share of wallet.
• Build relationships with decision-makers at DSPs and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketing.
• Track performance across deals and campaigns, turning insights into growth recommendations.
