Nexxen International is seeking a commercially driven Director of Programmatic Partnerships (Sales) to join our Exchange team in a hybrid model. The role focuses on driving incremental spend from DSPs, buyers, and strategic partners, including major platforms.

You will uncover opportunities, structure and close deals, and expand Nexxen’s footprint across DSPs and channel partners from NY or Chicago, with three days in-office and remote work on other days.

Competenze

• 6+ years in programmatic advertising and revenue growth with DSPs/SSPs.
• Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of DSP ecosystems and programmatic concepts (CTV, PMPs, open auction, SPO).
• Strong commercial instincts with ability to structure incentives and creative terms.
• Excellent communication skills with both commercial and technical stakeholders.

• Drive DSP revenue growth by expanding revenue of DSP accounts and seats.
• Hunt and close new opportunities with underutilized seats and new DSPs.
• Structure and negotiate deals to unlock incremental spend and incentives.
• Develop growth strategies for DSP partners and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and partner with Product/Operations/Marketing.
