Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Platform Partnership Business Development Manager to own platform and API partnerships for TikTok For Business. This remote role requires hunter instincts to close new opportunities and drive integrations, with travel for select meetings and events.

You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, structuring deals and accelerating partner onboarding to scale advertiser activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform partnerships, business development, or API partnership management.
• Proven track record closing and operationalizing partnerships.
• API and technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and discussing integration with engineering.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising, SMBs ad products, and partnerships.
• Commercial acumen: understands partnership economics and can measure impact.
• Fluent in English; additional European language a strong plus.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing.
• Ability to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and events.

Responsibilities

• PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Identify, pursue, and close platform/API partnerships; manage full BD cycle and represent TikTok For Business.
• PARTNER ONBOARDING AND INTEGRATION - Lead technical onboarding and API integration discussions with engineering and product teams.
• JOINT GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION - Co-create GTM programs to drive advertiser onboarding and EMAA growth.
• PERFORMANCE OWNERSHIP AND REPORTING - Track KPIs and optimize a portfolio of partnerships.
• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION - Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams.
