Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Partnerships Manager (News) to accelerate growth with top global media accounts. You will build executive relationships, shape content strategies, and secure incremental value for partners through data-driven insights.

You will analyse publishers' content performance, translate findings into strategic recommendations, and collaborate across Product, Ad Sales, Business Development and other teams to drive ambitious partner initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with experience across media, partnerships, strategy, data, and working with product teams.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new publishers, negotiate and structure partner agreements, and deepen existing partnerships.
• Develop and execute partner content strategies to drive incremental growth and product innovation.
• Use data to identify blockers, provide insights through analytics and data storytelling.
• Collaborate with Product, Creator, Ad Sales, Business Development and other teams to drive partner initiatives.
