Career Launch AI is seeking a Platform Partner in its Talent Network for a New York‑based role that designs, builds, and scales firm‑wide platforms and value‑creation initiatives to boost portfolio performance and investment outcomes.

You will work closely with investment professionals, operating partners, and portfolio leadership to deliver repeatable capabilities across the portfolio and drive ROI through standardized tools and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
• MBA preferred for strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage platform functions that support portfolio companies (talent, GTM, finance, data, technology, operations).
• Develop standardized tools, playbooks, and best practices for portfolio-wide use.
• Partner with portfolio company executives to deploy platform resources and initiatives.
• Support value creation planning during pre- and post-investment phases.
• Lead cross-portfolio initiatives such as talent acquisition, vendor partnerships, and operational optimization.
• Track impact and ROI of platform initiatives using KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with investment teams on diligence and post-close execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to portfolio leadership teams and internal stakeholders.
