Job summary

Scale is seeking a Business Development Representative, Partnerships (Physical AI) in New York, NY. You will identify, source, and qualify new partnership opportunities and own CRM processes, partner communications, and internal materials.

The role is primarily outbound with CRM ownership and cross-functional collaboration. You will build a healthy partner pipeline, communicate Scale's value, and support growth in the Physical AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to understand Scale's product offerings and apply to the Physical AI ecosystem.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong CRM and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential partner candidates across partnership categories within the Physical AI space.
• Triage partner prospects by sharing and reviewing intake forms to assess initial fit.
• Coordinate and lead discovery calls to qualify prospects against defined criteria.
• Qualify partner prospects by sharing and reviewing intake forms, assessing candidates against criteria.
• Present qualified prospects to the partnership team for pilot consideration.
• Coordinate and support partner-facing touchpoints as needed.
