Scale AI is seeking a senior leader for our Customer Platform Team in a hybrid role based in New York City or San Francisco. You will own large product areas, drive API integration, and shape connectivity strategy across internal users and customers.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Track record of shipping high‑quality products and features at scale.
• Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment.
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills; able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Own large areas within our product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external customers.
• Build features end-to-end: front-end, back-end, systems, testing.
• Deliver experiments at high velocity and quality to engage customers.
• Drive the product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
• Influence culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team.
• Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
