Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions is seeking a Platform Support Lead in Phoenix, AZ. You will own day-to-day platform operations, monitor performance, and coordinate releases across online banking and related systems.

You will work with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements, manage relationships, and ensure platform availability aligned with SLAs. The role is hybrid and focused on delivering reliable, user-centered platform experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform operations or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and user-facing apps.
• Proven vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and performance monitoring for platform areas.
• Coordinate releases, updates, and maintenance activities.
• Manage platform configuration changes and feature deployments.
• Coordinate vendor meetings and ensure vendor deliverables align with requirements.
• Develop and maintain platform documentation and training materials.
