Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II in Phoenix, AZ for a hybrid role. You will partner with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into functional specifications within core financial services.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements for commercial banking, lending, and treasury management, creating user stories, reviewing API specs, and supporting testing, data validation, and production issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business or systems analysis and IT projects.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and regulatory considerations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and refine business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with product strategy.
• Serve as SME for products, systems, and business domains including core banking.
• Review functional designs, XML requests/responses, API specs, and data mappings.
• Create and execute intermediate SQL queries to validate data and issues.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and production fixes for integrations.
• Maintain system release documentation and procedures.
