Job summary

Purpose Brands LLC seeks a Manager, Fintech Support to lead day-to-day operations for payment platforms and SaaS applications across locations and corporate teams. You will supervise frontline analysts, coordinate with offshore teams, and ensure service performance, quality, and compliance.

The role requires hands-on diagnostics using SQL and logs, escalation of complex issues to Level 3, and clear customer updates. A hybrid work model and global collaboration are core to the position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS, fintech, or payments support experience.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• Experience with merchant onboarding, verification, transactions, recurring billing, refunds, disputes, settlements, payouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fintech support delivery and triage priorities with frontline analysts.
• Oversee end-to-end SaaS and payments support including onboarding, verification, and settlements.
• Coordinate incidents and escalations with payment providers and Level 3 specialists.
• Supervise frontline analysts, coach, and manage performance; partner with offshore teams.
