You will ensure peak performance, coordinate enhancements, manage vendor relationships, and align business needs with IT delivery.

You will own day-to-day operations, monitor SLAs, document configurations, and lead cross-functional teams across product, infrastructure, and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years in platform operations or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and user-facing apps.
• Experience with vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency with business platform tools and applications.
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows.
• Experience with platform monitoring and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Own day-to-day operations and performance monitoring for assigned business platforms (online banking, phone systems, account opening, etc.).
• Coordinate platform releases, updates, and maintenance activities.
• Manage platform configuration changes and feature deployments.
• Manage project coordination and tracking activities.
• Ensure platform availability and performance meet established SLAs.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendor partners.
