Qualifications

Associate or higher degree in business, CS, or related field (preferred).
2+ years in business or systems analyst roles.
Experience with commercial banking, treasury management, or lending domains.
Ability to elicit, document, and validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong SQL, data validation, and API understanding.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with product strategy.
Serve as SME for commercial banking, lending, and treasury management domains.
Review designs, XML/API structures, and data mappings to support integrations.
Create and execute intermediate SQL queries to validate data and test outcomes.
