Job summary

Apex Systems seeks a Director, Operations Lead - Loans Enablement to guide delivery of Operations capabilities for a Platform. In collaboration with EPO and Engineering leadership, the role will define and execute the Operations strategy, optimize the client experience, and drive control effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience; typically 10–12 years total work experience.
• Management experience preferred with strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and timely decision-making.
• Operations experience across platform delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage comprehensive Operations metrics covering client deliverables and unit costs.
• Provide senior Operations expertise to support Platform mandate delivery and governance forums.
• Engage with external clients to share insights on efficiency and benchmarking.
• Recruit Operations talent required within the Platform.
