Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in Loan Operations, with consumer and commercial loans.
• Strong familiarity with loan documentation, data integrity, core systems, governance, and compliance.
• Experience with SilverLake, LaserPro, Encompass, LoanVantage, and related loan systems.
• Analytical skills to interpret loan performance data and ensure governance.
• Automation and process improvement experience in loan operations systems.
• Strong project management for system improvements, data consistency, and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with IT and operations on system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review loan documentation in core banking and loan origination systems.
• Identify bottlenecks in loan processing while ensuring data integrity.
• Oversee loan closings with accurate file management.
• Serve as project manager for loan system upgrades and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, loan ops, and vendors to implement system updates.
• Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead automation projects to streamline workflows and governance.
• Oversee change control for system upgrades.
• Train loan operations specialists on new features.
• Support stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
