Job summary
Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Vice President of Loans / Client Processing in Houston to oversee the execution of complex syndicated and commercial loan transactions while driving operational excellence and risk mitigation.
You will mentor teams, partner cross-functionally to improve processes, monitor metrics, and ensure high levels of client service and platform scalability in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
- 5–12 years in loan operations or transaction processing.
- Knowledge of syndicated loans and loan platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead processing and execution of complex syndicated and commercial loan transactions.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the team.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify process improvements and reduce risk.
- Monitor processing metrics and client feedback to drive improvements.
- Resolve complex transaction issues while maintaining client service.
- Leverage technology to enhance platform performance and scalability.
- Collaborate to support organizational objectives with accountability and innovation.
