Job summary

Lilly, based in Indianapolis, seeks a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-specific training within the GMQLD program. You will partner with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and the COE to ensure current, compliant content across Global/Platform/Site layers.

Responsibilities include curriculum development, governance, and collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Engineering to optimize learning outcomes and qualification timelines across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience with customer experience design, curriculum/training design, or learning management systems.
• Experience working on large scale project ownership and change management within a matrixed environment.
• 3+ years' experience in a quality-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Design platform-specific training content within COE governance frameworks and global standards.
• Address 90% platform-level content and 10% site-specific needs.
• Collaborate with site SMEs to ensure curriculum reflects current manufacturing processes.
• Apply process-based curricula principles and organize content by manufacturing process.
• Support learning governance and ensure alignment with Quality system.
