Job summary

Lilly in Houston is seeking a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-specific training for GMP manufacturing. You will partner with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and the COE to ensure content is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing processes.

The role focuses on 90% platform-level content with 10% site-specific needs, applying a three-layer model (Global/Platform/Site) and driving continuous improvement across site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in a regulated environment with GMP training.
• Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and quality training.

Responsibilities

• Design platform-specific training within COE governance and global standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to keep content current and compliant.
• Address largely platform-level content with some site-specific adaptations.
• Ensure curricula reflect manufacturing processes and three-layer model (Global/Platform/Site).
• Support governance reviews and continuous improvement of qualification outcomes.
