Job summary

Intermedia Group Inc. is seeking an Associate Director - Chemical Platform Learning Architect for the Houston or Huntsville area to lead the design and maintenance of platform-specific curricula within GMQLD.

You will partner with site SMEs, COE, and Platform Leads to ensure content is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing needs. You will influence qualification strategies across Global/Platform/Site levels, apply process-based curriculum principles, and contribute to continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years' experience in a regulated environment.
Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements.
Strong understanding of GxP and GMP, regulatory requirements, and compliance training.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain platform-specific curriculum within the GMQLD operating model.
Partner with site SMEs and COE to ensure content is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing needs.
Design platform-specific training content within COE governance and global standards.
Coordinate with Platform Lead to address site-specific needs and reflect manufacturing processes.
Ensure curriculum aligns to Global/Platform/Site three-layer content model.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in audits and governance reviews.
Identify learning bottlenecks and drive improvements to qualification outcomes.
