Job summary

Lilly seeks a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-specific training for GMQLD, ensuring content aligns with COE standards and global requirements. The role collaborates with SMEs, Platform Leads, and the COE to keep curricula current and compliant while addressing platform and site needs.

Located in Indianapolis, the LA will drive content governance, apply process-based curricula, and support continuous improvement in qualification outcomes across multiple sites and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years’ experience with customer experience design, curriculum/training design, or learning management systems.
• Experience working on large scale project ownership and change management within a matrixed environment.
• 3+ years' experience in a quality-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Platform-specific curriculum design, development, and maintenance within the GMQLD operating model and governance.
• Collaborate with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure content is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing needs.
• Ensure curriculum aligns to the Global/Platform/Site three-layer content model and reflect current manufacturing processes.
• Support continuous improvement of curriculum effectiveness and qualification outcomes.
