Job summary

Lilly in the United States is seeking a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-specific training for the GMQLD organization. You will collaborate with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and the COE to ensure content is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a regulated environment with GMP, GxP knowledge, and LMS experience (Workday, SuccessFactors).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a regulated environment.
• Area or functional expertise in Learning & Development and GMP training requirements.
• Strong understanding of GxP and regulatory compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain platform-specific curriculum within COE standards.
• Collaborate with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to keep content current and compliant.
• Ensure curriculum aligns to Global/Platform/Site three-layer content model.
• Support governance, quality, and cross-site collaboration.
