Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in a regulated environment.
• Expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, and Manufacturing/Quality operations.
• Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements.
• Strong understanding of GxP, GMP, regulatory requirements, and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Design platform-specific curriculum within COE governance frameworks and global standards.
• Ensure 90% platform-level content and 10% site-specific content.
• Collaborate with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to keep content current and compliant.
• Apply process-based curriculum principles and three-layer content model (Global/Platform/Site).
• Contribute to governance, quality, and cross-functional collaboration across platforms and sites.
