Job summary

Lilly is hiring a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-wide training within the GMQLD framework. You will work with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and the COE to ensure content aligns with manufacturing processes and quality standards.

The role emphasizes governance, OJT/DOJ standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple sites, including Houston or Alabama locations. A strong background in curriculum design and GMP training is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience in a regulated environment.
• Expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, and Manufacturing/Quality operations.
• Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements.
• Strong understanding of GxP and GMP and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design platform-specific curriculum within COE governance and global standards.
• Balance 90% platform-level content with 10% site-specific needs as assigned.
• Collaborate with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure current, compliant content.
• Apply process-based curricula principles and organize content by manufacturing process.
• Support governance reviews and cross-functional audits.
