Job summary

SpaceX, Redmond, WA, is hiring a Platform Integrity Manager to safeguard SpaceX Starlink services, detect misuse, and lead investigations across the platform. You will balance privacy with enforcement while guiding design and deployment of integrity solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying risks, cross-functional coordination, and developing advanced threat detection capabilities in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; or 12+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of experience with data querying languages (SQL), scripting languages (Python), geospatial tools (ArcGIS), and/or statistical software (R).
• 6+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities).
• 3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes, technology, or other business areas to improve customer integrity or related capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and develop solutions to priority risks; deploy and measure effectiveness with stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and areas of expertise.
• Establish expertise in 2+ investigative techniques, technologies or abuse prevention strategies.
• Reactively investigate issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit goods and activities.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Balance customer privacy with enforcement and avoid overreach.
