Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Platform Integrity Analyst (Starlink) to detect, disrupt, and investigate potential misuse of the service. The role involves safeguarding customer privacy while enforcing enforcement actions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will identify platform risks, develop detection strategies, and respond to scams and illicit activities, with travel as needed and a Hawthorne, CA on-site requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; OR 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of experience with data querying languages, scripting languages, geospatial tools, or statistical software.
• 4+ years of experience investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Develop technical detection and mitigation strategies.
• React to investigate issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit goods/activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and deepen relationships.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Respect customer privacy while enforcing protections.
