Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations.
• 6+ years querying data (SQL), scripting (Python), geospatial analysis (ArcGIS), or statistics (R).
• 6+ years investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, etc.).
• 3+ years driving improvements in processes or technologies for customer integrity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and deploy solutions for priority risks with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and areas of expertise.
• Establish expertise in investigative techniques and abuse prevention strategies.
• Reactively investigate scams, fraud, and illicit activities.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Ensure customer privacy while applying enforcement measures with balance.
