Sprout Social, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and scaling of our partner and platform integration ecosystem.

This role is central to moving toward a scalable, platform-based model that reduces engineering lift per partner and expands the connected ecosystem. The role requires deep API/integration architecture fluency, strong commercial judgment, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, GTM, and Partnerships to ensure the integration

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in product management for ecosystem or integration roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success delivering cohesive, cross-product integration strategies.
• Experience partnering with product, design, engineering and GTM leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations strategy end-to-end: pricing, packaging, GA readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering to sequence investments for scalability.
• Define platform-based integration strategies with generalized APIs/connectors.
• Drive lifecycle management from alpha to post-launch scaling.
• Own security, licensing, and permissioning for packaged integrations.
• Build business cases and prioritization frameworks for new bets.
• Align GTM, Partnerships, and Engineering to ensure commercial viability.
• Deliver best-in-class product delivery balancing urgent needs and long-term growth.
