Job summary

Retool is seeking a Product Manager to own the integration platform, turning complex integrations and partnerships into cohesive building experiences for enterprise users. You’ll translate customer needs into durable platform capabilities and work across teams to scale the system.

You’ll lead 0–1 projects from discovery to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM to deliver measurable outcomes and a cohesive product experience for customers building with Retool.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience for technical or enterprise users.
• Experience evolving a fast-growing product into a scalable platform.
• Strong platform thinking: design for reuse and cross-product support.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for Retool’s integration platform.
• Lead 0–1 projects from early customer research through launch and iteration.
• Work with engineering and design to shape the platform and builder-facing experience.
• Explore new product ideas with customers and determine priorities.
• Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions to improve the product.
