Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of the Unity platform integration with our Australian carrier partner, managing scope, milestones, and partner communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal projects across Technology, Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer-facing teams, aligning priorities and managing dependencies.
• Establish delivery governance, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive post-implementation improvements to standardize processes.
