Evolution is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of integrations for operators and partners. You will drive project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary technical contact throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires independence, strong communication, and the ability to align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expectations while ensuring high-quality, compliant integrations across APIs and platforms.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT sector with project management/technical integrations experience.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical integration projects with direct impact on operators and partners.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Track deliverables and progress using appropriate tools.
• Drive execution and accountability across all involved parties.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of integration solutions.
• Maintain technical knowledge of products and integration processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of products, processes, and integration procedures.
