Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to own partner integrations from contract to live release. You will coordinate planning, requirements, documentation, and communications, enabling Solutions Engineers to focus on technical delivery.

As an API-savvy professional with securities lifecycle knowledge, you will craft clear requirements, manage senior stakeholders, and build repeatable delivery methodologies for live integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis, implementation, or client-facing delivery within financial services or B2B fintech.
• Demonstrable ownership of external client integrations end to end - you’ve run go-lives, not just workstreams.
• Practical API literacy: read an OpenAPI spec, follow a Postman collection, read a JSON payload, write a requirement referencing the right endpoint and fields.
• Exceptional requirements and documentation craft; artifacts are key to evaluation.
• Working knowledge of the securities lifecycle; fluency in Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Delivery end to end - plan, milestones, dependencies, go-live and clean handover from pre-sales.
• Lead discovery with Solutions Engineer; own requirements, data mappings, and field-level specs; map workflows across account opening, KYC, funding, routing, execution, settlement, corporate actions, reporting.
• Documentation of the full integration record: workflow maps, decisions, actions, open items.
• Manage cadence and blockers; escalate with minimal drama across Engineering, Product, Client Operations, Compliance, and partner.
• Coordinate UAT and assemble evidence packs to show readiness for launch.
• Communicate risk and status up to leadership; surface timeline and dependency risks with trade-offs.
• Advocate for the partner; feed feedback into Product and Sales.
• Oversee post-launch stabilization and handover to Client Operations; drive changes for live partners.
