Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to guide shared platform capabilities across our healthcare analytics ecosystem. You will partner with Platform Engineering, Data, and Application teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure product delivery.

The role requires translating complex technical concepts into clear requirements, defining adoption metrics, and communicating with leadership and clients to drive platform investments and value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or related subjects.
• Familiarity with analytics technologies (Databricks, SQL, R, Python).
• Understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred).
• Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight ecosystem.
• Define product requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Coordinate with Platform Engineering, Data, and Application teams to strengthen platform foundations.
• Define adoption, performance, reliability, and developer experience metrics.
• Translate user needs into clear platform investments and roadmaps.
• Maintain product roadmaps with Strategy and Leadership teams.
• Prioritize platform requirements for business and application owners.
