- 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years leading teams.
- Experience building scalable internal platforms and developer-facing products.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and cloud-native platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Platform Engineers.
- Own and evolve the Internal Developer Portal as a first-class product.
- Partner with Product Management to define strategy, roadmap, and adoption.
- Improve developer velocity, onboarding, and platform consistency.
