Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Platform Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive how customers discover and succeed with our enterprise cloud platform. You will influence architecture, security, and operations while coaching teams across disciplines to remove blockers and accelerate adoption.

You’ll lead a virtual cross-functional team, shape enablement for future capabilities including AI-assisted development, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0+ years of experience across platform engineering, cloud architecture, and/or technology adoption and enablement.
• Experience driving adoption of complex technical products—engaging customers early and reducing friction.
• Experience guiding and empowering teams to implement solutions themselves.
• Strong background in architecture, engineering, and software development with cloud fluency (AWS, Azure).
• Ability to lead cross-functional or virtual teams and manage governance routines.
• Excellent communication and product ownership skills, including engaging IT executives and Agile/SAFe practices.
