We are looking for a Platform Engineering leader to own and evolve our Internal Developer Portal (IDP) as a first‑class product for developers. In this role, you will partner with Product Management to define the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of a centralized service catalog and self‑service capabilities that reduce friction and cognitive load for engineering teams. You will establish clear “Golden Paths” that enable teams to build, deploy, and operate software safely and efficiently while maintaining flexibility to innovate.
You will act as a key connector between platform engineering, architecture, security, and application teams—ensuring our cloud platform tooling is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards. Through this work, you will directly improve developer velocity, onboarding efficiency, and platform consistency across the organization.
In this role, you will lead and grow a team of Platform Engineers, investing in their coaching, technical excellence, and career development. You are a hands‑on, player‑coach leader who values strong engineering fundamentals, continuous learning, and outcome‑driven delivery.
10+ years of experience in engineering roles, including 5+ years leading and developing engineering teams, with a demonstrated ability to build reliable, scalable platforms that enable other teams to succeed.
