Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a senior leader to head the Developer Experience and Product Enablement function within Enterprise Technology & Platforms in New York. You will own the PDLC toolchain, align product management and engineering, and drive a scalable, measured developer experience across the enterprise.

The role requires extensive leadership of platform engineering, product management enablement, and AI-enabled tooling, with a focus on governance, adoption, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience owning globally scaled engineering platforms.
• Direct ownership of modern product and software development lifecycle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for Developer Experience and product enablement.
• Own lifecycle of enterprise software development platforms and tools.
• Consolidate tooling across business units and drive adoption.
• Define enterprise AI-native development guardrails and workflows.
