Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 2+ years leading managers or multiple teams.
• Deep technical with strategic mindset.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Platform‑as‑a‑product mindset and internal tooling experience.
• Governance mindset for AI with security/compliance collaboration.
• Strong cross‑functional partnering and business impact focus.
• Operational budgeting and capacity planning experience.
• Excellent communication of trade‑offs to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform engineering strategy across infrastructure, developer experience, and AI enablement.
• Lead multiple teams for core infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud services; foster reliability and ownership.
• Own the vision for developer experience with self‑service tooling and platforms.
• Establish AI enablement strategies and governance with security and compliance.
• Define guardrails for AI adoption balancing innovation and risk management; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Set standards for platform reliability, scalability, security, and observability.
• Partner with product engineering, security, data, and architecture to meet needs.
• Champion platform‑as‑a‑product with feedback loops and adoption metrics.
