Collectors is seeking a Director of Internal Platforms and Developer Experience to lead platform engineering, developer tools, and AI enablement across our global teams. You will shape the platform strategy, own the internal developer experience, and drive scalable infrastructure with strong governance.

The role demands 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years managing teams, deep cloud/infra expertise, and a platform‑as‑a‑product mindset to boost productivity and innovation within Collectors.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in software or infrastructure engineering with 5+ years in management.
• Experience scaling platform/infrastructure orgs and balancing architecture with strategy.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability.
• Experience building internal tooling to improve developer productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define platform engineering strategy across infrastructure, developer experience, and AI enablement.
• Lead teams responsible for core infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, cloud services, and internal developer platform.
• Own the vision for developer experience with self-service tooling and platforms.
• Define guardrails for AI adoption and governance with security, legal, and compliance.
