Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team. You will design and ship internal platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling that empower product teams to develop, deploy, and operate software quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building, shipping, and operating production software.
• Strong generalist with systems knowledge across backend, automation, and infra.
• Fluent in Python or TypeScript with cloud infra and Kubernetes experience.
• Hands-on AI in engineering workflows with real tools and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate internal platforms (CI/CD, dev environments, deployment workflows).
• Create automation and self-service tools to reduce repetitive engineering tasks.
• Prototype and productionize AI-assisted capabilities in the workflow.
• Own platform challenges from discovery to rollout with pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of core infra.
