Versant is seeking a Service Management Platform Architect to own the platform's architecture, roadmap, and lifecycle management. You will establish standards and best practices for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance operations across the enterprise IT landscape.

Ideal candidates have extensive ServiceNow or similar platform experience in complex environments, strong integration skills with HR, financial systems, and identity providers, and a proven track record leading high-performing

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and leading ServiceNow or similar platforms in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong experience integrating platforms with HR systems, financials, identity providers, and core apps.
• Deep expertise in workflow automation, orchestration, and API-based integrations.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-performing technical teams.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM processes, CMDB governance, and change management frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Own architecture, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the Service Management platform.
• Establish architectural standards, design principles, and development best practices.
• Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, performance, and sustainability.
• Lead the Service Management development team and cross-functional stakeholders.
