Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director for Platform & AI on the East Coast to lead the growth of our Platform & AI practice in the US. Report to the US CTO, define go-to-market strategy, and guide delivery of enterprise-grade platform, cloud, software engineering, and AI solutions.

You will collaborate with clients, ecosystems, and C-suite leaders, shaping scalable, secure, and value-driven outcomes while expanding internal capability across North America.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in technology or consulting; 6+ years in platform, cloud, software engineering, AI, or related delivery.
• Proven track record leading enterprise technology transformation and large-scale delivery.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and executive-level engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and act as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
• Shape platform, cloud, software engineering, and AI solutions for clients.
• Provide technical leadership across AI, platform architecture, and cloud engineering.
• Drive go-to-market strategy, partnerships (AWS, Google, Microsoft), and pre-sales support.
• Lead and mentor teams across geographies, aligning delivery with client KPIs.
