Qualifications

Experience planning and delivering onboarding sessions and training events.

Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding sessions with external stakeholders and guide them through platform functionality.
Train internal teams to support external users and leverage platform insights.
Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and knowledge articles.
Collect and organize feedback to inform product improvements and pilot enhancements.
