Ingram Micro is a leading technology company seeking a Platform Success Manager to bridge business leaders and Global Platform teams, translating platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes and driving adoption across the organization.

You will lead adoption plans, coach leaders, monitor KPIs, and align platform initiatives with strategic objectives, partnering with regional and country teams to enable platform-enabled growth.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years functional experience with at least 3 years in position-specific experience.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into practical business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and utilization of Xvantage, CRM, IDA, Zendesk, and other platform capabilities across the organization.
• Develop adoption, utilization, and value-realization plans for new platform capabilities and strategic initiatives.
• Onboard C9+ countries to Xvantage standardized processes.
• Promote best practices and accelerate platform maturity across business functions.
• Partner with leaders to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Enable organizational change and foster a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement.
• Drive the standardization and implementation of Platform Operating Model (POM) structures.
