Capital Group seeks a Platform Adoption & Enablement Lead to orchestrate adoption and enablement of our enterprise cloud platform. You will drive how customers discover and succeed with the platform, shaping guidance, dojos, and reference examples.

You’ll lead a cross‑functional virtual team, oversee blockers, and ensure architectural and security standards are met. You’ll spearhead collaboration with architecture, security, FinOps, and platform engineering, leveraging your 10+ years in cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of experience across platform engineering, cloud architecture, and technology adoption and enablement.
• Proven experience driving adoption of complex technical products—engaging customers early and reducing friction.
• Extensive experience delivering outcomes through influence rather than hands-on build work; strong cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead a cross-functional, virtual team spanning architecture, information security, FinOps, resiliency, and platform engineering.
• Own how customers discover, embrace, and succeed with our enterprise cloud platform—creating on-ramps, guidance, and support structures.
• Influence, coach, and coordinate teams who do the build work to ensure architecture, security, and operational standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with IT executives and stakeholders, guiding adoption and governance within an Agile/SAFe framework.
