Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Platform Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive how customers discover, embrace, and succeed with our enterprise cloud platform. You will guide on-ramps, guidance, and support structures—documentation, reference examples, dojos, and office hours—across architecture, security, and operations.

You’ll lead a cross-functional virtual team and influence agile practices while shaping the future of developer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
Minimum 10 years in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or technology adoption/enablement.
Experience leading enterprise-scale adoption of technical products or platforms.
Proven ability to drive adoption of complex technical products with customers early.
Experience delivering outcomes through influence rather than hands-on build work.
Strong architecture, engineering, and software-development background with cloud fluency (AWS/Azure), IaC, CI/CD, and container ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Define on-ramps, guidance, and support structures (documentation, examples, dojos, office hours) for the platform.
Engage teams early and remove blockers with pragmatic solutions when product gaps exist.
Lead a cross-functional virtual team spanning architecture, information security, FinOps, resiliency, and platform engineering.
Shape enablement for future capabilities including AI-assisted development and modern developer-experience platforms.
Influence, coach, and coordinate teams who implement solutions, aligning with enterprise standards.
