Job summary

BD in Warwick, RI is seeking a Plastic Reconstructive Surgery Area Business Manager - NE to drive sales growth for the PRS product line across the Northeast, including PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME. You will develop strategic plans, build key relationships with surgeons, hospital admins, and purchasers, and lead strategic accounts.

This on-site role requires 5–7 years of medical device sales, a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, proven quota achievement, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of medical device sales experience, preferably surgical or hospital-based products.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving market share growth.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, hospital purchasing processes, and reimbursement policies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Northeast region and overnight travels.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve/exceed targets for PRS in the Northeast.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital admins, and purchasing departments.
• Identify new opportunities and expand market penetration through proactive sales efforts.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service trainings for healthcare professionals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing per company guidelines.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical support, and customer service for seamless support.
• Submit regular sales forecasts and expense reports.
